Shipping Timeline
We ensure a swift dispatch of in-stock products from our Udaipur headquarters within 10 to 15 business days of purchase. Crafted with care, made-to-order items may require 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery, ensuring each piece is imbued with perfection.

Taxes and Custom Duties
While our Indian patrons enjoy the ease of inclusive pricing, our international clients receive their treasures on a DDU basis, with import duties falling under the recipient's purview.

While we strive for perfection, please remember that estimated delivery times begin from the dispatch date. Once your order is on its way, redirection is not possible. 

Returns
Should the need arise, rest assured we accept returns for damaged items or manufacturing defects within two weeks of delivery. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging, ensuring a smooth return process. 

Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Items
Please notify us promptly via email, within 24 hours of receiving damaged items, accompanied by your order number and a photograph of the damaged item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand ready to address any discrepancies with grace.

Refunds
