“… This orphic association with the history and culture of Udaipur establishes Shyam Arts as a veritable gateway to learning the city’s history and legacy, an essence reinforced by our curation of Pichwais, paintings, meticulously restored relics from ancient edifices, and the seamless continuation of its craftsmanship into the contemporary milieu.”

Emerging amidst the breathtaking vistas of pristine lakes and the majestic Aravalli hills, steeped in the storied legacy of valiant warriors - in the enchanting Venice of the East - the city Udaipur, Shyam Arts came into being as a curated haven of exquisite handcrafted fine arts; drawing inspiration from Mr Hemendra Pujari's tours across the nation, his profound connection with the city’s history and culture, as well as his affinity for the arts of South East Asia.

As an economy, Udaipur flourishes on tourism, and at Shyam Arts, we are dedicated to crafting an indelible experience for global travelers through immersive activities, impactful social initiatives, and impeccable customer service. Informed by the wisdom of the Upanishads, the newest appendage to the Vedas, delving into philosophy, consciousness, and ontological knowledge, the adage “Athithi Devo Bhava” - meaning “A guest is akin to God” - resonates deeply with our brand ethos and reverberates through our actions and services.

Shyam Arts, since its first store was founded in 2006, has worked on an array of architectural and interior design projects, embellishing luxury residences, offices, retail spaces and hotels across the nation and internationally. Having established itself as a premier curator of fine arts - with thorough knowledge of each artwork curated, created and sold, a strong ethical business foundation, and nurturing bonds with artisans and patrons alike - Shyam Arts is now embracing the digital frontier, incorporating the Internet into its brand tapestry, thereby connecting us with a global community of connoisseurs of traditional Indian art.

The founder and curator, Mr Hemendra Pujari, descends from a venerable lineage of priests of the renowned temple of Udaipur - Jagdish Mandir. Ever since the temple was built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1652, Mr. Pujari's family has been in complete devotion to the temple, its beautification, upkeep and service of it. This orphic association with the history and culture of Udaipur establishes Shyam Arts as a veritable gateway to learning the city’s history and legacy, an essence reinforced by our curation of Pichwais, paintings, meticulously restored relics from ancient edifices, and the seamless continuation of its craftsmanship into the contemporary milieu.

At our headquarters in Udaipur, an opulent assortment of over five thousand artworks awaits, ready to be explored, accompanied by an adept consulting team poised to collaboratively build your space using our products and services, tailored to manifest your artistic visions.
